Porsche: Jochen Breckner and Matthias Becker take over board positions

Both have been working at Porsche for a long time. Breckner, who has worked for Porsche since 2000, most recently headed the general secretariat and corporate development of the DAX group. Becker headed sales in the overseas and growth markets region and was responsible for sales and marketing at Audi , Skoda and Volkswagen before moving to Porsche in 2015.

Porsche announced the separation of Meschke and von Platen at the beginning of February. Porsche vice-president Meschke is said to have been vying for the position of VW and Porsche CEO Oliver Blume (56). Von Platen had been under pressure for some time due to the weak China business.
