In Aguascalientes, banners announce that criminal groups are joining the CJNG.

In different municipalities of Aguascalientes, they woke up to “narcomantas” in which it was reported that “Cárteles Unidos” (“CU”) and “30” allied themselves with the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), a criminal group led by Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, “El Mencho.”

The messages were signed by "Fuerzas Especiales Charro" (FECHA) ; there were two versions of the messages. The banners were placed at strategic points such as bridges and fences so they were visible.
