Influencer dies after falling from a mountain in the United Kingdom; he was 28 years old

Influencer Maria Eftimova died at the age of 28, after falling from a height of almost 20 meters while climbing Tryfan Mountain, in the Ogwen Valley, Wales, United Kingdom, the Daily Mail reported.

According to the British site, it was last Saturday, February 22, that Maria was climbing the northern ridge of Tryfan , when the tragedy occurred.

Tributes have been paid to the young woman on social media, who has been described as a “beautiful” and “ambitious” woman with an “insatiable thirst for life and exploration.”

The 28-year-old, with more than 10,000 followers on social media, was an experienced mountaineer who had recently completed an ice climbing course in Norway.

She was based in Manchester, where she worked for a civil engineering firm, but now her friends and supporters are organising a fundraising campaign to repatriate her body to Bulgaria , her native country. Her friend Victoria Critchley, who started the campaign, shared:

“Maria was a young woman of 28, full of ambition, intelligence and charisma. Her energy, vibrant personality and presence captivated and elevated all those around her.”

“He loved extreme sports, especially snowboarding, a sport that fascinated him and which he planned to practice again on his next trip to Austria,” he added.

She also said: “Maria had an insatiable thirst for life and for exploring the beauty of our planet.

The costs associated with international transport are high , so they asked for help to get his body to Bulgaria.

“Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a tangible difference so that the family can grieve without the added financial worry,” they revealed.

As if that were not enough, six days before Maria Eftimova's death, Dr. Charlotte Crook, aged 30, also died in the same mountain region.

As for the doctor, an investigation revealed that she fell from a height of 30 feet, while walking along Glyder Fach, in the company of another doctor. They say she lost her balance while going down. and fell onto a ledge.
