Three people in Nuevo Leon are charged with criminal association and possession of a weapon for exclusive use

MONTERREY, NL.- Three men were brought to trial in Nuevo León for the crimes of criminal association in its gang form and possession of a firearm for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces.

The Attorney General's Office reported that according to the investigation file, on February 19, elements of Fuerza Civil managed to arrest Gerardo 'R', Florencio 'C' and Ciriaco 'H' on the Gloria-Colombia highway in the municipality of Anáhuac .

During the arrest, security elements seized a long weapon with its respective magazine loaded with 10 cartridges , as well as 15 metal objects called tire-puncturers.

The detainees were placed at the disposal of the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office , which in turn referred them to a specialized judge who issued an order for their prosecution, as well as official preventive detention.
