RK presents 'Like a Tattoo': the new anthem to the love that leaves its mark.

Since he was just 10 years old, RK knew his life would be marked by music. It was on the stage of the X Factor, where a child full of dreams appeared with the hope of becoming an artist. There, RK, the 'King of Rhymes' , was born, a name that has stuck with him ever since.
Today, he's an established artist who proudly uses rhyme as a standard in each of his compositions. As an example, he presents his latest single: "Como un Tatto," a song that, according to him, "shows those loves that come into your life and leave their mark like a tattoo."
For RK, every song is a story. Whether it's about love, heartbreak , or any experience that connects with the emotions of the listeners. What he sings about, he's experienced it or felt it very close to his heart.
And although he doesn't have a rigid ritual for composing, there's one thing he never lacks: faith. "Before doing anything related to music or even in my personal life, I always entrust it to God. That's my mantra, like a prayer that gives me peace of mind and puts me in the right place," he confesses.
Inspiration strikes him in the most unexpected moments: flying on an airplane, in the bathroom, or simply humming a tune at home. “I record a voice memo there, documenting that moment where the energy of the song is,” he explains.

From The X Factor to today, RK has come a long way. One that has gone hand in hand with the dizzying changes in the music industry. “Everything evolves very quickly, so you have to adapt. That's the crazy thing about life, overcoming your own challenges and showing your best self,” he says.
His new single started out as reggaeton, but it was transformed: "We changed the tempo, made it faster, and it felt more fun. Then Golden, a brutal Afro producer, came along, and when we added the Afro drums, I felt like it went to another level."
Afrobeats isn't just a passing fad for him; it's an expanding territory. "I have several Afro-inspired tracks in the works, and I feel they fit really well with RK's project. So you'll definitely hear more of those sounds in my music," he anticipates.
Everything is evolving so fast, so you have to adapt. That's the crazy thing about life: overcoming your challenges and being your best self.

When asked if there are any songs he regrets, his answer is clear: "Not at all. They've all been part of the process and have marked a before and after. Each one has taught me something."
But if he had to choose a favorite, he wouldn't hesitate: 'Como un Tattoo'. "It's breaking new ground. It's already the RK of 2025, evolved. When I go into a studio today, it's different. I feel like I'm on another level. If I weren't RK, I'd still listen to it and enjoy it."
Today, RK is a more conscious artist, more connected to his essence, his faith, and his evolution. His music no longer just rhymes, it resonates. With "Como un Tattoo," he makes it clear that feelings aren't just sung: they're carried on the skin.
