Although in several interviews Florinda Meza recognized Ramón Valdés' acting talent, she made it clear that they were not friends, she assured that it was difficult to establish a friendship with him outside of the forums, and Twenty-nine years after Ramón's death, he surprised in an interview by assuring a Brazilian media outlet that Valdés had drug problems.
