Paray-le-Monial. Accident on the Saint-Yan road: three people involved, a 9-year-old child injured

This Tuesday morning, an accident occurred on the Saint-Yan road in Paray-le-Monial shortly before 9 a.m. It involved a collision between two vehicles traveling in opposite directions. For reasons that are still unclear, one of the two cars swerved.

In total there were three victims including a 9-year-old child and the two drivers, one 45-year-old (from the region) and the second driver aged 64. The child who was with his grandfather in the vehicle, and the forty-year-old, were injured.

They were taken to Paray hospital. Their life is not in danger.

The sixty-year-old driver was unharmed.

More than ten local firefighters intervened under the command of Lieutenant Mathieu Wailly.
