"Charles Dairay, official Master Carillonneur of the City of Lyon, invites prestigious foreign carillonneurs and students from the Lyon Conservatory for this new season." Free concerts are being held until September in the upper courtyard of Lyon City Hall and the garden of the rectory of the Saint-Pierre de Vaise church.
