Saint-Rémy-en-Comté. Crisis at the AHBFC: 200 people support the doctor threatened with dismissal

Dr. Jimmy Longeron, head physician at the Bourgogne Franche-Comté Hospital Association (AHBFC), received a hero's welcome. Arriving shortly before 10 a.m. this Tuesday in front of the institution's headquarters in Saint-Rémy, he broke through the crowd in a round of applause. Nearly 200 people (75 declared a strike with their management, or almost 4% of the staff) came to show their support for the psychiatrist , who was threatened with dismissal after sending an email raising several problems within the organization. The email was deemed "aggressive" by the board of directors, who summoned him this Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. for a pre-dismissal interview.
At 9:30 a.m., protesters gathered in front of the château, led by the Force Ouvrière union and supported by the CGT, CFDT, and the Vigilance Committee 70.
