Strasbourg - Bischoffsheim - Batzendorf. Tai chi and chi gong classes resume from September 8

Physical exercises promoting well-being, slow, flexible and relaxing movements allow the discovery of unity and harmony of body and mind. Among their many benefits, we can cite the maintenance of the vital principle, the increase of vitality, respiratory and circulatory potential, the elimination of toxins and stress, internal massage of the organs, easier digestion, muscular flexibility and strengthening of the joints, a positive influence on the nervous system and relaxation.
The shared practice in weekly classes (beginners and advanced students) allows for a regular moment of recharging, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This art includes the link with the five seasons and the "five elements" linked to the energy of nature and our body. Each new cycle will provide the opportunity to carry out personal work with objectives that each person can choose at their own discretion, allowing them to draw from it and develop beautiful energy, a better balance in their daily lives by cultivating their "Chi" (vital energy) in an optimal way.
Sessions are open to women and men of all ages and fitness levels. Group classes are supervised and last 1.5 hours.
First trial session free, classes start one week later at the same times. Sportswear recommended.
