Literary Marathon with Daria Bignardi

The two-day Book Party opens today at the Oratory of San Filippo Neri in Bologna, featuring Daria Bignardi and organized by Mismaonda. This event is open to the public to rediscover the pleasure of reading, participate in a literary marathon, and choose (free) books to take home. One of the special events is "A Heritage to Browse," scheduled today from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM and tomorrow from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Starting 3:30 PM, a reading marathon will enliven the Oratory: every half hour, students from the Alessandra Galante Garrone Theater School will perform excerpts from the books being distributed. Tonight at 8:30 PM, however, we're looking forward to "Talking to Friends"—a meeting with Daria Bignardi: an informal and passionate conversation about books—those that leave a lasting impression, those that surprise, and those to be reread endlessly. Bignardi, along with Silvia Righini and Stefano Sgambati, brings the podcast Parlarne tra amici to the stage, intertwining anecdotes, stories, and conversations with the audience.
