Mattarella will be in Naples to inaugurate the school year: he will be accompanied by a high school student from Pascal University in Pompeii.

Student Sara Quagliozzi from the Pascal High School in Pompeii, along with her classmate Filippo Mettifogo from the Manfredo Fanti High School in Carpi, has been selected to accompany the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, tomorrow in Naples, on a tour of the Best Practices laboratories of the Italian School System. The two students prepared for their meeting with the President by learning about and approaching the various laboratory-based teaching methods of six representative Italian schools, continually exchanging descriptions and reflections on the educational activities implemented. The students were selected by the Ministry because they have distinguished themselves in previous events organized as part of the Scuola Futura (Future School) project. The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, together with the Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, will inaugurate the 2025/2026 school year during a ceremony beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the "G. Rossini" State Professional Institute in Naples, located on Via Terracina. The event, titled "Tutti a scuola," now in its 25th year, will be broadcast live on Rai 1. Delegations of schools representing all over the country will be present.
