Campania Councilor, a reform for more equitable resources in healthcare

A reform of the health system national in the name of equity between the various territories, but also within the same territory, so as to distribute in resources more uniformly. This is what is hoped for by the Campania councillor for the Budget Ettore Cinque at the end of the conference promoted by the ASL Napoli 3 Sud in Ercolano on the system of Campania healthcare. "As an administration - said Cinque while drawing up a balance sheet of the work of the council - we must proudly claim what we have done. Our budget, both as health bell which as Asl Napoli 3 Sud, is highly positive. None region in Italy has followed the same path as us, after which It takes time. Radical changes in a complex region like ours they are not done in 5 or 10 years. To Russo and the ASL Napoli 3 Sud thanks you for the work done in a complex company like this where there were deep-rooted problems which have been resolved." The issue of health expenditure and its consequences remains central inequalities: "The 2025 Dpef - the councilor recalls - indicates a growth trend in health spending of +3.6%. while the health fund grows by 1.3%. This means that there is no it's enough money to cover the growth trend. In In this context the Campania Region has done something important. Only Lombardy and Veneto closed the budget in order, others have made maneuvers to return from "health deficit". "This is why - explains Cinque - it is necessary to intervene on the National Health System to ensure that resources go to cover the needs of those who need it most. The Government should to ensure more equity in the NHS because it is not possible that the fund per inhabitant is 30/35% lower than in other regions. The government should deal with this and not with the twelve days of the waiting lists. I hope - concluded the councilor - that after the frictions that have arisen with the Regions there is a clarification".
