Daniel Bisogno did not leave a will; they do not know what will happen to his inheritance

Daniel Bisogno died at the age of 51 following health complications after receiving a liver transplant last September. He died on Thursday, February 20 after being hospitalized and in intensive care in Mexico City.
The host of Ventaneando left his little daughter Michaela in the care of his mother, his ex-wife Cristina Riva Palacio , as well as his family, especially his brother Alex.
However, although he himself said that all his assets and fortune were for the girl , it has now been confirmed that he did not leave a will, so his family will have to take the corresponding steps to find out what will happen to his inheritance. Here are the details.
During the interview that Pati Chapoy did with Daniel Bisogno in 2023 about his will, the host said that he did not yet have his will ; however, he stated that his daughter Michaela was insured regarding her studies and until she finished them in case he or her mother passed away.
“She has insurance that if I were to pass away or her mother, her school is covered until she finishes it (…) Basically, the little or a lot that I have achieved is solely and exclusively for her and to help my parents,” he admitted.
He added: “I will not allow myself to fail my daughter (…) she is my number one, my daughter is my reason.”

However, now it was Cristina Riva Palacio herself, Bisogno's ex-partner, who confirmed that the host only took out insurance for Michaela's education and did not make a will as such. This was revealed in a recent interview with Matilde Obregón.
“The school thing is 100% ready, it's something that was paid for, it's an insurance policy that was taken out and that's already completely covered (…) Alejandro and I are looking into the rest, the truth is that we have the horrible job of seeing all these types of procedures, and we have to do it in order to begin our true mourning,” he commented.
