Mexico details water shipment to the US, including from 'El Cuchillo'

Federal authorities detailed that the water shipment from Mexico to the United States includes, exceptionally, liquid from the San Juan River basin, where the "El Cuchillo" Dam is located , key to the supply of Monterrey and its metropolitan area.
