TIZIMÍN.- The construction of the new avenue to the north of the city, which is about to be completed, has begun to generate discomfort and anger among the residents of the Vías Campestre subdivision of Tizimín .
Although the project has been welcomed by many for the improvement in infrastructure in that area, there is unrest due to the lack of a direct access road to the subdivision that is right in front of the cattle post , which complicates the access and exit of vehicles.
According to the residents of Vías Campestre, they have been forced to take a detour located several meters away, at the entrance to the San Francisco Campestre subdivision in order to enter their residential area .

It is worth mentioning that this is the only pending work that the city council has left to complete, inherited from the previous administration , which began in mid-2024.
