Samuel promises builders to pay for Par Vial works

Without giving a specific date or revealing the outstanding amount, the Government of Nuevo León promised to pay the builders for the pending repair work on the Constitución-Morones Prieto dual carriageway , following the damage caused by storm Alberto in June of last year.
