According to the National Meteorological Service , the weather today is expected to be varied in Mexico.

Rains and winds

There will be showers in Chiapas and isolated rains in Guerrero and Oaxaca due to a low pressure channel and the entry of humidity.

• Intervals of showers (5 to 25 mm): Chiapas.
• Isolated showers (0.1 to 5 mm): Guerrero and Oaxaca.

In the north, a dry line and a cold front will bring strong winds to Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua and Coahuila.

In addition, a high pressure circulation will cause southerly winds with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h in Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas.

• Winds of 20 to 30 km/h with gusts of 50 to 70 km/h and dust storms: Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua and Coahuila.
• Southerly winds of 15 to 25 km/h with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h: Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas.
• Winds of 15 to 25 km/h with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h: Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacan, Guerrero, Tabasco, Campeche and Yucatan; and with possible dust storms: Durango, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato and Queretaro.

Temperature over 40°C

The weather today will be stable and warm in most of the country, with temperatures above 30 °C in 30 states and more than 40 °C in areas of Guerrero.

• Minimum temperatures of -15 to -10 °C with frost: mountainous areas of Durango.
• Minimum temperatures of -10 to -5 °C with frost: mountainous areas of Chihuahua.
• Minimum temperatures of -5 to 0 °C with frost: areas of Baja California, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Tlaxcala, Puebla and the State of Mexico and Veracruz.
• Minimum temperatures of 0 to 5 °C: areas of Sonora, Sinaloa (mountains), Coahuila, San Luis Potosí, Jalisco, Michoacán, Hidalgo, Morelos, Mexico City, and Oaxaca.
• Maximum temperature 30 to 35 °C: Baja California, Baja California Sur, Chihuahua, Zacatecas, Durango, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, State of Mexico (southwest), Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo.
• Maximum temperatures 35 to 40 °C: Sonora (south), Sinaloa, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi, Tamaulipas, Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacan, Queretaro, Hidalgo, Puebla (southwest), Morelos, Oaxaca and Chiapas.
• Maximum temperatures 40 to 45 °C: Guerrero.
