After a somewhat "spring-like" week, ending with a cooler Friday in the region, a weekend of wind, snow, and a Zonda warning will arrive. Saturday will be a very cold morning, while Father's Day is expected to be celebrated on Sunday with the arrival of Zonda winds in the south of the province.
According to the Directorate of Climate Contingencies, this Saturday, June 14, the sky will be partly cloudy, with little change in temperature and moderate northeasterly winds. A high of 15°C and a low of 2°C are expected. And according to the National Meteorological Service, a yellow alert is in effect, winds will come from the southwest of Mendoza .

Although we are already in autumn, the forecast for Sunday, June 15th, while partly cloudy, is expected to see a rise in temperature. However, a Zonda wind is likely to arrive in the foothills and parts of the plains, especially in the department of Malargüe.
