Arkop – another year of success and ambitious plans for the future

In 2023, our commitment and high quality of implementation were appreciated in prestigious industry competitions. The construction of the Maślice family housing estate (stage three) won a distinction in the "residential buildings" category during the 28th edition of the National Competition "Modernization of the Year & Construction of the 21st Century". In turn, the first stage of the Parkowe Aleje housing estate was honored with the 1st degree award in the "Construction of the Year 2023" competition, organized by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Development and Technology. This is a great distinction for us and motivation to continue working at the highest level.

Currently, only eight apartments remain for sale in the second stage of the Parkowe Aleje housing estate in Wrocław's Brochów district. These are two-room apartments with areas ranging from 42 to 44 m². At the same time, we have started the sale and construction of the third stage of this investment, which will include seven intimate buildings. Five of them are three-storey, single-staircase buildings, with a total of 119 apartments planned, with areas ranging from 25 to 76.45 m². Each apartment will be equipped with a balcony, and the apartments on the ground floor will gain terraces with gardens. Additionally, the offer will include apartments with a separate kitchen, wardrobe and usable attic.

The Parkowe Aleje 3 estate also includes two villa-style buildings, each with four spacious four-room apartments with areas ranging from 71.70 to 85 m². Each apartment will have an individual entrance and a private garden. Four two-car garages on the ground floor have been planned for the residents of these buildings. The C-shaped layout of the buildings will provide future residents with an intimate patio conducive to relaxation.

Another investment that we have introduced for sale is the Tilia estate in Wrocław's Lipa Piotrowska. We offer 150 two-, three- and four-room apartments there, with prices starting from PLN 9,900/m². The investment is distinguished by its excellent location and convenient connection with the center of Wrocław. Future residents will have at their disposal both parking spaces in the underground garage hall and above-ground parking spaces. A playground for the youngest will also be built on the estate, and carefully designed green space will increase the comfort of residents' lives.

The Contigo estate is also under construction, where we offer both terraced houses and villa apartments. This intimate estate includes 23 houses with areas ranging from 130 to 134 m² and 46 apartments with areas ranging from 71 to 86 m². Each apartment has an individual garage, a ground-level parking space, a storage room and a large balcony. The houses, on the other hand, have spacious gardens and their own garages. Underfloor heating will be standard in all premises, providing additional comfort of use.

Our most prestigious investment is Apartamenty Dominikańskie – Centro Domini, located in the heart of Wrocław at ul. Janickiego 1. The intimate building contains 24 luxury apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 43 m², meeting the expectations of the most demanding clients.

The plans for 2025 are equally ambitious. We intend to start construction of further projects, including the Lissa housing estate in Wrocław's Leśnica and the Collage housing estate in Wrocław's Swojczyce. We are also expanding our operations to other cities, planning new housing investments in Warsaw, Polanica-Zdrój, Karpacz, Kołobrzeg and Świeradów-Zdrój.
