The draft amendments to the Act of 24 June 1994 on Ownership of Premises have been added to the list of legislative and programmatic works of the Council of Ministers. The Ministry of Finance and Economy justifies the primary goal of the proposed changes as adapting the operations of housing communities to the changes that have occurred in the community management market over the past 30 years. The draft regulations are intended to take into account case law, the practice of property managers, the development of multi-family housing technologies, and changes in other legal acts.
