Iran Responds to Trump Envoy's Words: 'We Will Never Resign'

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has said that if the US wants to strip his country of its “nuclear rights,” he will never give them up. The declaration comes just a day before more talks between the US and Iran are scheduled for Sunday in Oman. Earlier, White House envoy Steve Witkoff said Tehran must dismantle all uranium enrichment facilities.
"If the aim of the negotiations is to deprive Iran of its nuclear rights, I make it clear that Iran will never give them up, " Araqchi said in an interview with state media.
Tehran has repeatedly said in the past that its right to enrich uranium is non-negotiable, rejecting demands from some US administration officials.
