Osiedle Zdrój – a green investment in the heart of Milanówek and… Polish
The new airport and transportation hub in Baranów, Teresin, and Wiskitki will become one of the most important economic projects of recent decades. For future residents of the Zdrój estate, this means not only proximity to thousands of jobs but also the development of transport infrastructure and an increase in the attractiveness of Milanówek – also from an investment perspective. Milanówek, long known as a "garden city," is becoming a place where tradition meets modernity. The Zdrój estate perfectly fits this character, offering residents peace, greenery, and a neighborhood atmosphere, all while remaining close to a dynamically developing transportation hub.
"From the outset, we planned the Zdrój estate as a unique investment – green, comfortable, and resident-friendly. The proximity of the future CPK provides an additional development impetus: residents will be able to benefit from both new jobs and new transport infrastructure. Ecology and architecture at the highest level
The first phase of the Osiedle Zdrój development is currently under construction, with 114 apartments in intimate, three-story buildings. Ultimately, the development will offer approximately 380 units in 13 buildings, surrounded by greenery and public common spaces. Nearly half of the development will be dedicated to green spaces, including a linear park and a public graduation tower, which will become a meeting place for residents and create a favorable microclimate.
The development is being built on the revitalized site of the former MIFAM factory. Following comprehensive soil remediation, historic contaminants were removed, giving the area a new quality. It is also the first residential development in Milanówek to be BREEAM-certified, confirming its high ecological standards and environmental stewardship.

The project is also distinguished by its transparent implementation process. Trei Real Estate consulted with residents and collaborated with the City Council's Environmental Committee, ensuring open dialogue and ongoing updates on subsequent stages of work. This approach builds trust and demonstrates the investor's commitment to creating a space in harmony with the local community.
