Starbucks to cut menu by nearly a third and lay off 1,100 jobs in the US

Soon, Americans will no longer be able to drink the Royal English Breakfast Latte at the popular coffee chain. It will be one of the first items to disappear from Starbucks' offerings in the US. A similar fate will soon befall the White Hot Chocolate and several types of blended frappuccinos. The changes are to gradually come into effect from March 4.

There is more bad news for coffee lovers – by the end of 2025, Starbucks' menu on the domestic market is to be reduced by almost a third. The company claims that the changes are for the better, because it expects that thanks to the reduced offer, customers will wait less for their orders, and the quality and consistency of the service will improve.
