EDP ​​Renováveis ​​proposes dividend of 0.08 euros with possibility of remuneration in shares

The management of EDP Renováveis ​​will propose to shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 0.08 euros per share, maintaining the "scrip dividend" program, which allows capital holders to be remunerated with the issuance of new shares, the company indicated this Wednesday.

The board of directors indicates that the proposal has a payout of 40%. The company closed last year with losses of 556 million euros .

EDP, the largest shareholder in EDP Renováveis, has already indicated that, as in previous years, it will choose to receive the dividend in the form of shares.
