Supremacist groups organize events in Porto

Authorities in the northern region are on alert for events being organized by Reconquista and the Blood & Honour group, groups that are being investigated by the National Counterterrorism Unit of the Judicial Police (PJ) for hate crimes. This information was reported by Expresso.
The Reconquista movement, run by an influencer who shares xenophobic videos, rented the auditorium of the Luso-French College in Porto for its 3rd Congress on Saturday.
The group Blood & Honour, founded in the United Kingdom and now spread to America and Europe, will be promoting concerts with rock bands this Friday and Saturday in Porto.
The newspaper Expresso reveals that, in recent days, some foreign participants from both events have arrived in Porto.
A source from the PJ (Judicial Police) confirmed to the newspaper that they were aware of the existence of the Blood & Honour group's festival. The Porto City Council stated that it had “no knowledge of the event,” saying that there was no “formal communication” to the Municipal Police on the matter. The PSP (Public Security Police) told the weekly newspaper that it “will take steps to confirm whether it is licensed and authorized and will enforce the legal requirements.”
