The United States House of Representatives approved a budget bill on Tuesday night that provides for a tax cut of $4.5 trillion and a cut in public spending of around $2 trillion over the next 10 years, while simultaneously increasing the deficit limit by $3 trillion, providing legislative and financial support for a wide range of measures by the Trump Administration.
