Neuzete Domingos' book will be released in August in SP and AL

Summary Neuzete Domingos, a renowned accountant from the Northeast, is launching the book "Gestão de Águia" in August, which addresses strategic leadership and will be presented at events in São Paulo and Alagoas.

Recognized as the most awarded accounting professional in the Northeast, Neuzete Domingos makes her literary debut with the book "Gestão de Águia" (Eagle Management), a publication that summarizes two decades at the helm of Análise Group , a business group headquartered in Alagoas, with branches in Piauí and Sergipe, 95 employees, and certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 and GPTW. The launch will take place in two events: on August 15th, at 7 pm, at Livraria da Travessa in Iguatemi Shopping Mall, in Alphaville, São Paulo; and on August 20th, at 6 pm, at Teatro do Sesi, in Arapiraca, Alagoas.

The book was also sold on August 1st and 2nd during Missão Fire, one of the country's leading business and leadership events, held at the Anhembi Complex in São Paulo. Neuzete spoke to more than 2,500 people with the conference "Áquila: The Method That Made Me Succeed."

Eagle Management was conceived as a practical and reflective guide for entrepreneurs, leaders, and executives interested in breaking away from centralized models. The proposal is to encourage strategic management focused on people, intelligent processes, and a solid organizational culture. The author shares tools, concepts, and her own experiences to demonstrate that sustainable growth depends on leadership with clarity, intentionality, and a commitment to the impact generated.

The author emphasizes that the book's proposal wasn't born from abstract theories, but from the practice accumulated over two decades of direct experience with entrepreneurs from different backgrounds and backgrounds. "The book grew out of my daily experience working with entrepreneurs who, like me, started with little and had to learn to be entrepreneurs through trial, error, and a lot of listening. What I present here is a model that took me out of operational chaos and led me to build a scalable business, with consistent results and a clear purpose," the author states.

With a degree in Accounting from the State University of Alagoas (UNEAL), an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from Estácio, and a specialization in leadership and governance from FGV, Neuzete also participated in Sebrae excellence programs, such as Empretec and the Management Excellence Model (MEG). She has received awards such as the MPE Brasil, Sebrae Mulher de Negócios, the IEL Award, and the Latin American Quality Awards (LAQ), in addition to being recognized with the "Most Incredible Places to Work in Brazil" seal, granted by UOL and FIA.

In addition to her business activities, Neuzete is involved in social projects such as Sertão Vivo, which serves more than 100 families per quarter with food security initiatives in the semi-arid region of Alagoas.
