Kirovsk company punished for concealing employment of former official

The Kirovsk city prosecutor's office checked how anti-corruption laws are being observed. It turned out that the company OOO Premium violated the rules.

As the press service of the Murmansk Region Prosecutor's Office writes, a former official from the regional Ministry of Urban Development and Improvement got a job at Premium. According to the law, the company had to notify the official's previous place of work within 10 days. But the company violated this deadline.

The prosecutor's office opened an administrative offence case against Premium. The company was fined 50 thousand roubles.
