2 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction of a health complex in Kislovodsk

According to Vladimirov, 110 new jobs will be created at the future facility.

In addition, in Kislovodsk, for the creation of another complex - a natural and health resort with 3.5 thousand rooms - the company "Med" was allocated a land plot for lease on preferential terms. The implementation will take 8 years, a total of 290 jobs will be created.

The regional authorities also approved the construction of a 75-room hotel complex in Yessentuki. The cost of construction was estimated at 580 million rubles; the project will be completed in 8 years. 55 new jobs will appear there.

In mid-January 2024, the head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Maxim Reshetnikov , noted that the health resort fund of the cities of the Caucasian Mineral Waters (KMV) had depreciated by 50%, and 50 billion rubles would be needed to solve the problem. The authorities of the Stavropol Territory in the same month stated that, according to investment plans until 2035, it is planned to create health resort complexes in Zheleznovodsk, Kislovodsk and Yessentuki with a total cost of over 165 billion rubles.

For example, the list of investment projects of the resort town of Zheleznovodsk included the health resort "Alean" for 6 billion rubles. OOO "Sanatorium "Istochnik Zheleznovodsk" intends to build two health resort complexes for 6 billion rubles for 850 places. Specialized developer "Construction Company "Razvitie Kurortov" will build a hotel complex for 450 places for 5 billion rubles.

It is planned that over 12 thousand jobs and more than 14.5 thousand beds will be created at the new sites in the Caucasian Mineral Waters. Land plots with the required type of permitted use have already been formed, and the territorial planning project has been approved.
