US President Trump made evaluations on the agenda at his first cabinet meeting, which started with a prayer at the White House.
Trump, at the beginning of his speech, noted that he had important meetings with Russia and Ukraine and said, "President Zelensky will arrive on Friday, this is now final and we will sign an agreement, it will be a very big agreement."
Trump stated that they will work to return control of Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan to the US, and said, "We are giving billions of dollars to Afghanistan. Nobody knows this. We will keep Bagram not because of Afghanistan, but because of China, because it is exactly one hour away from where China is manufacturing its nuclear missiles."
Trump also reiterated his rhetoric that Canada should be the 51st state of the United States , saying, "I say Canada should be our 51st state. No tariffs, no nothing. And I say let's give them military protection."
