How was Istanbulites' information stolen? Spying documents first appeared in A Haber. Did Hüseyin Gün work for Mossad?

In the investigation launched against former Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu , Necati Özkan and Merdan Yanardağ, who are detained as part of the corruption investigation into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, on charges of "espionage" , allegations that Istanbul's data may have been shared with foreign services have come to the fore.
DATA COPIED ONE DAY AFTER THE ELECTION!
Sabah Newspaper News Coordinator Kenan Kıran stated that the first thing İmamoğlu did after winning the election was to copy databases, saying:
İmamoğlu won the election, but there were objections to the vote count. Ekrem İmamoğlu received his mandate on April 17th. However, as soon as he took office the next day, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality decided to clone the database. Why?
What if someone becomes mayor and then decides the next day to copy the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality database? If you're the only one making this decision, who made it, who requested it? Why did Ekrem İmamoğlu want to copy this data, or who requested it from him?

"ALL OF ISTANBUL'S DATA HAS BEEN SHARED"
Legal expert Hadi Dündar: Look, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) currently has thousands of cameras, and once you have access to this data, you can control almost all of Istanbul. Imagine an intelligence agency... Imagine an intelligence agency controlling all the municipal camera units in Istanbul, using a face-reading system, and similarly, how they can monitor daily life, or how easily they can gather information or documents about specific personnel. This isn't just about sharing addresses, Turkish ID numbers, or names. This is about sharing all of Istanbul's data.

"AUTHORITY WAS NOT GIVEN, BUT I TOOK THE RISK"
The investigation reportedly revealed that Hüseyin Gün's digital materials were examined, revealing correspondence with Necati Özkan via the Wickr messaging app. It was determined that Hüseyin Gün used the username Jüpiter 1881 on the Wickr messaging app, while Ekrem İmamoğlu's campaign director, Necati Özkan, used the username Blue Star 81. There's another page, in fact, there should be three. Let's share them all for clarity.
Hüseyin Gün was found to have used the following phrase to Necati Özkan on the communication program Wickr: "You'll be pleased to know that we used and activated our artificial intelligence digital army as an influencer to mitigate the risks of the Istanbul Municipality database copying issue. We must be careful when using such sensitive tools. We were not given official authorization. But I took the risk."
