Published in the Official Gazette! An administrative court is being established in Gümüşhane

The decision of the Ministry of Justice regarding the Establishment of Administrative Courts and Determination of Judicial Districts was published in today's Official Gazette .

Accordingly, in accordance with the first and second paragraphs of Article 2 of the Law No. 2576 on the Establishment and Duties of Regional Administrative Courts, Administrative Courts and Tax Courts, it was decided to establish an Administrative Court in Gümüşhane , after receiving the positive opinions of the Ministries of Internal Affairs, Treasury and Finance and Trade.

According to the decision, the jurisdiction of the Gümüşhane Administrative Court will cover the provinces of Gümüşhane and Bayburt.
