He was electrocuted on the 5th floor of the building, but luckily he survived without falling to the ground.

Ebem, a 41-year-old father of three who works at a restaurant in the Tatvan district, wanted to tie 6-meter iron profiles in his car to a rope and carry them to the 5th floor of his own construction site a week ago.
At this point, my midwife, due to a moment of distraction and inattention, did not notice the iron profile touching the electrical wires.

🔹 AA Live for instant developmentsHaving suffered deep cuts on his hands and feet and hitting his head against the wall as a result of being electrocuted, Ebem was taken to Tatvan State Hospital and then transferred to Erzurum City Hospital Burn Treatment Center.
After staying in intensive care for 3 days, my midwife was transferred to the regular ward and is very happy because she did not get electrocuted and fall from the 5th floor.
Rahmi Ebem, who is still receiving treatment, told an AA correspondent that the unfortunate accident occurred while he was carrying iron profiles for the roof of his own building on the 5th floor.
Ebem explained that they tied the iron profiles in the car to rope and pulled it to the 5th floor, and continued:
"We were pulling up iron profiles weighing around 3-4 kilos. While trying to straighten the iron from the balcony wall, it hit an electrical wire. I don't remember the rest. When I opened my eyes, I was in the hospital. I was electrocuted, then he shook me and threw me back inside. I hit my head against the wall and was unconscious. Thank God, we had alms. If he had thrown me down like that, God knows, but I might have plummeted from the fifth floor that very moment. God told me we still had a day. When he got electrocuted, he threw me towards the construction site; otherwise, I would have fallen."
My midwife stated that the City Hospital services, the doctor and medical staff at the center took very good care of her and that her intensive care treatment went well.
Ebem, who urged construction workers to be more careful in preventing such incidents from happening to others, said, "No matter what, no matter what, no careless work should be done. We should be especially careful with electrical cables. We knew there were electrical wires while we were working and acted accordingly, but we momentarily overlooked them. Because of my carelessness and absent-mindedness, the iron hit the wire."
Onur Ceylan, one of the doctors at the Burn Treatment Center, stated that Ebem, whom they are closely monitoring, suffered deep second and third degree burns on his hands and feet as a result of being electrocuted, and added that they will perform a surgical intervention for the patient.
