His $6 million home was robbed in 10 minutes! He increased precautions

The 61-year-old actor's Los Feliz home was burglarized by three thieves while Pitt was in Tokyo on June 25. Security camera footage showed the suspects breaching the fence around the house and entering through the front window.

A source told The US Sun that neighborhood security had been outside the house for just an hour before the incident. However, just after the patrol left, three people managed to climb over the fence and enter the house. "It was really unfortunate," the source said.

Brad Pitt is known to always have personal security guards present when he's at home. However, after the incident, private security guards have been deployed permanently. Neighborhood residents also suspected that Pitt's failure to install adequate fencing or shrubbery made the house too accessible.

THEY STAYED AT HOME FOR 10 MINUTES

It's unclear how much the robbers stole after remaining in the house for approximately 10 minutes. Police are continuing their investigation and have not made any arrests.

The incident sparked further discussion of security vulnerabilities in Pitt's neighborhood. Some neighbors said they hadn't seen the private patrol car that usually parked in front of the house in the days before the incident.

Brad Pitt moved out of his larger $33 million home in April 2023 and purchased the smaller "Steel House." The 2,000-square-foot, L-shaped house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also includes luxury features like a swimming pool and a built-in sauna.

Just a few days after the theft, another break-in occurred in the same neighborhood. On July 6, police arrested a man who entered the Los Feliz area through a door. According to TMZ, the man had made it all the way to the street where actress Kristen Bell and her husband, Dax Shepard, live.

Both neighborhood security and residents reported this "known" suspect to the police. The man, who tried to flee before police arrived, was quickly apprehended and arrested.
