The death of Taşpınar, who earned the appreciation of art lovers with his performances on stage and screen for many years, caused great sadness in the art community.
Şekip Taşpınar was buried in Altınoluk Cemetery after the afternoon prayer performed in Altınoluk Village Mosque in Altınoluk Neighborhood of Edremit district of Balıkesir.
Taşpınar's family, artist friends and loved ones attended the funeral.
