Chain accident in Konya: 7 injured
The accident occurred near the entrance to the Derebucak city center on the 45th kilometer of the Beyşehir-Antalya Highway. The car with the license plate 34 PL 6803, driven by GSY and traveling from the direction of Konya to the direction of Derebucak, collided first with the car with the license plate 07 VFV 91 coming from the opposite direction at the entrance to the Derebucak city center, and then with a truck.
Upon the accident report, many ambulances and firefighters from the Derebucak, Beyşehir and Seydişehir districts were dispatched to the scene. With the efforts of the firefighters, some of the injured were removed from the place they were trapped and handed over to the medical teams. The driver of the car and the passengers EY, MY and HSY were taken to Beyşehir State Hospital where they were treated for injuries.
THE WOUNDED WERE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
The driver and injured people in the other vehicles were also taken to Derebucak State Hospital. Some of the injured people in the accident were transferred to different hospitals in Konya after receiving treatment at Beyşehir State Hospital emergency room. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
