Good Morning Britain star demands taxpayers stop funding Liz Truss's security

Good Morning Britain contributor Narinder Kaur has taken aim at former Prime Minister Liz Truss and is demanding British taxpayers stop funding her personal security.

The 51-year-old took to X to vent about the one-time leader of the Conservative party and the amount of money being spent on her safety.

Narinder wrote: "We need to have a serious conversation why tax payer's are paying for this woman's security detail (not to mention wages, pension & the whole shebang).

"She was PM for less than a few weeks and is now basically engaging with Cpac nazi salute loving fascists intent on bringing this country down. At what point do we acknowledge that she's a threat to national security and we simply END paying for this shambolic woman out of British pockets?"

Narinder added: "Any other UK job and she wouldn't have even made it through probation. And yet tax payer's are expected to pay for the rest of her life??"

When challenged by some X users about the fact that all former Prime Ministers are entitled to security protection for life, Narinder said that Truss is not in the same league as the likes of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

She continued: "Wow. Maybe we need to start a petition to stop Liz Truss from receiving tax payer's money for the rest of her life?"

Narinder went even further in her scathing attack on Truss, claiming that the ex PM, who had and extremely short time in office, had screwed over Britain.

"The rules need changing... yes ex PMs need and deserve security detail but Lizz Truss cannot be held to the same account whatsoever and we are being irresponsible with Tax payer's money in allowing this to continue for her.

"She is not a target because Britain's enemies actually love how she screwed us over and continues to try and dismantle this country. She couldn't even hold on to one of the safest conservative constituencies in the country! A disgraced non entity."

Narinder's character assassination of Truss comes just days after she slammed King Charles for welcoming people into one of his private residences in order to give them somewhere warm to stay/

Writing on X she stated: "I'm not going to knock any little help for people desperately in need.. but this just demonstrates how much MORE the King could be doing to help those living in poverty.

"I'd like this to scrap throwing and closing the door behind."
