Inside Stephen Graham's marriage: A Thousand Blows star's famous wife and the shows they've been in together

Stephen Graham has acted in a wide range of challenging roles, and most recently has received critical acclaim for playing an East End boxer in the Disney+ series A Thousand Blows.
But what many fans may not realise is that he's not the only talent in the family. Stephen is married to Hannah Walters, an actor and producer, and they've even worked together on a wide range of projects.
Here's what we know about Stephen and Hannah's life together.
Family lifeStephen met his wife when they were both students training to be actors at the prestigious drama school Rose Bruford College. Stephen revealed they were "bezzie mates" for a while before getting married in 2008 and moving to Ibstock, Leicestershire.
Stephen and Hannah have two children together, Alfie and Grace, who appeared alongside their parents in a 2023 celebrity edition of Gogglebox.
The actor says he feels like "part of the furniture" of the village, and in a Staffordshire Live piece about his move to the village, many locals said they'd spotted him shopping and walking the dog.
Stephen has even revealed that Hannah is responsible for choosing which parts he takes. The actor has been very open about his struggles with dyslexia, and told the Belfast Telegraph that his wife reads all his scripts and decides whether he'll take on a role.
Working togetherThe couple's first project that they're credited in together is This is England, a 2006 movie where Stephen played a violent skinhead named Combo. Hannah also appeared in the film briefly as a shoe shop assistant.
They both also returned in two follow-ups: This is England '86 and '88, with Stephen reprising his role, and Hannah playing Trudy.
Both Stephen and Hannah have roles in two Pirates of the Caribbean movies: On Stranger Tides and Salazar's Revenge. Stephen played a scrappy pirate called Scrum, while Hannah had bit roles in both films.
They worked together on the movie Boiling Point, with Stephen playing a stressed head chef and Hannah playing one of the kitchen team in the tense film. The movie went on to be nominated for four BAFTAs and received critical acclaim.
They've even played a couple on-screen. In the gritty series Time, Stephen played a tough but competent prison officer, while Hannah had a role as his wife.
Most recently, they've both appeared in A Thousand Blows, in which Stephen plays boxer Sugar Goodson. The series is set in the 1880s East End of London, and shows Sugar coming up against an all-female gang called the Forty Elephants. Hannah plays Eliza, a member of the tight-knit gang, who in real life became notorious for the large scale of their shoplifting operation.
The couple have future projects lined up too. They are both involved in a TV mini series called Adolescence which will hit Netflix on March 13. The series, which is about a school boy murdering a classmate, was written by Stephen alongside Jack Thorne, and he'll also be starring in the show. Hannah will be behind the scenes as an executive producer.
A Thousand Blows is streaming now on Disney Plus.
