The purpose of the Mercy Endowment Fund's annual conference remains unchanged: "To reach out to as many people as possible, particularly business leaders but also future senior executives, in order to raise their awareness of their obligations under the Labor Code regarding employee health and safety," explains Maurice Grunwald .
This awareness is all the more necessary since "these obligations are often ignored or considered as constraints when in fact they constitute a real asset for the company," underlines the president of the Mercy Fund .
