Muttersholtz. The 10th anniversary of the Foulées du Ried on September 13th

For 10 years now, Muttersholtz, thanks to the commitment of all the volunteers of the gymnastics society, has been running and walking against cancer every year in September.

"We will celebrate our 10th anniversary next month, on September 13th. We first held the event in 2015, but due to Covid-19, this will only be our ^9th edition," recalls Céline Briot, one of the gym club's managers.

This new edition will once again be placed under the sign of solidarity, good humor and friendship with support for the associations Les enfants de Marthe and also Arame whose vocation is to offer a little happiness and above all dreams to children suffering from cancer and treated in the pediatric onco-hematology department of Strasbourg-Hautepierre.

A festive, family-oriented, solidarity event, the start takes place at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, under the marquee on Place des Fêtes between Ehnwihr and Muttersholtz.

Three courses of 5, 7, or 10 km are available. All paces are allowed: walking, jogging, or running. This is not a competition; there will be no timekeeping, so no ranking (no medical certificate required). After-run under the marquee after the race, with tarte flambée and music.
