Theatre and music on the hills. It's the OltrePop festival

"Theatre where there is none. Because theatre is not just a place. It is an experience" is the slogan of the Oltrepop festival , now in its fifth edition. The festival, created by Malva Bogliotti and created with the contribution of the Fondazione del Monte di Lombardia and the Fondazione Comunitaria della provincia di Pavia , debuts tonight at 9:30 pm at the Costantino amphitheatre in Volpara , with the G74 company presenting “Pan e nus, mangà de spus“.

Also in the amphitheater on July 5th Malva Bogliotti will tell “Elisir d'amore“ with the collaboration of the quintet Unixono and the Mario Braggio choir of Turin. On July 12th a tribute to the territory: “Itineraries of human geography“, the screening of the documentary filmed and edited with Officine creative, containing the stories and memories of some villages of the Oltrepo Pavese from the early 1900s to today.

In addition to Volpara, the shows will arrive in Zenevredo and San Damiano al Colle . On July 4th, the film “La donna elettrica” will be screened in the Zenevredo sports field, which invites us to reflect on the risks of an excessively connected society, while the “Pranzo di ferragosto” is scheduled for July 11th.

For Borghi da cinema on Sunday 29th in San Damiano al Colle in the Vanzini cellar at 5:30 pm the “Stories of the territory” will be told.
