There are no waves of tourists here. No long lines waiting to eat a plate of tortellini with a glass of wine at a restaurant, nor crowds to navigate to take a photo at some must-see stops around the city, like the small window on Via Piella from which you can see the Reno Canal as it flows through the regional capital of Emilia-Romagna.
