Zendaya Supports Tom Holland While Filming an Emotional Scene for <i>Spider-Man: Brand New Day</i>

Zendaya and Tom Holland are enjoying some quality time across the pond.

On August 7, the engaged couple was spotted in the U.K., where they are currently filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day. On her day off, Zendaya visited Holland on set at the Brookwood Cemetery in Surrey, England. He was reportedly filming an emotional scene at the gravesite of Peter Parker’s Aunt May (played by Marisa Tomei).

In the film, which is set to be released on July 31, 2026, Holland and Zendaya will reunite as love interests Peter Parker and MJ.

Earlier this month, they were photographed walking their dogs in London’s Richmond Park. While out and about, Zendaya showed off her engagement ring.

In addition to Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Holland and Zendaya will also star in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film, The Odyssey, which is also due next year.

In a 2024 interview with Vanity Fair, Zendaya was asked if it ever feels strange acting alongside Holland. “Not really,” she shared. “It’s actually strangely comfortable. It’s like second nature, if anything. You feel extra safe with the person you’re acting beside. I love working with him. He’s so talented, and so passionate about what he does. He always gives things one thousand percent, even if he’s absolutely worn down. I really appreciate that about him. It feels pretty normal. That’s how we met. Literally, at a chemistry read.”
