Vladimir Region parliamentarians supported IT specialists

At a meeting of the Vladimir Region Legislative Assembly, deputies approved a number of important laws aimed at supporting the IT industry and allocating additional budget funds.
Regional budget revenues for 2025 have been increased by 849.3 million rubles, while expenditures have been increased by 1.8 billion. The resulting deficit will amount to 973.6 million rubles. These funds will be used for key social and infrastructure projects. Plans include developing housing and utilities, improving public spaces, helping large families improve their living conditions, and relocating residents from dilapidated buildings. Funds will also be used for road construction and supporting agricultural enterprises.
A separate law concerns support for IT specialists. Starting January 1, 2025, employees of accredited IT companies will be able to receive reimbursement for half of their subsidized mortgage costs. The payment will amount to up to 30,000 rubles quarterly. This measure is intended to retain highly qualified personnel in the region.
The region has also expanded the list of citizens eligible for free legal aid. A special government bureau is planned to be established to provide this assistance.
