British press: Trump 'brutally humiliated' Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron was subjected to humiliating scenes during a live video meeting of G7 leaders to mark the third anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine .

'MACRON WAS UNCOMFORTABLE'
The details in the newspaper's report are as follows:
In disturbing footage shared with world leaders, the French leader was seen sitting at the edge of a table next to Donald Trump in the Oval Office at the White House. Macron, 47, appeared uncomfortable due to the seating arrangement. He was positioned to the right of Trump, who was sitting in the middle of the table in a large, comfortable-looking leather chair.
To Trump’s left, Vice President J.D. Vance sat casually with his legs wide apart, his long red tie hanging below his belly button.
It was previously reported that Macron was not greeted by US President Trump upon his arrival at the White House in Washington, but was instead greeted by US Chief of Protocol Monica Crowley.

UKRAINE'S MINERALS DISCUSSION
Macron and Trump also clashed over the war in Ukraine, with the French president objecting to Trump’s demands that Ukraine hand over $ 500 billion worth of mineral resources.
Trump said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy could sign that agreement as early as next week.
THE PRIME MINISTER OF ENGLAND IS ALSO A PASSENGER
British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is scheduled to fly to the United States for talks at the White House on Thursday.
Trump has recently faced the ire of Western leaders and harsh public criticism for describing Ukrainian President Zelenskyy as a "dictator."
Zelensky, who attended the meeting with G7 leaders via video conference from the Ukrainian capital Kiev, said Trump was living in an "environment of misinformation."
President Macron said he planned to explain to Trump that appearing weak against Putin in the negotiations led by the US would harm the common interests of Americans and Europeans.
He also argued that how Trump responds to Putin could have major implications for the United States' relationship with China, its biggest economic and military rival.
