Following Gulmanova, President Erdoğan received the Crown Prince of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Hussein bin Abdullah, at the Presidential Complex. Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan was also present at the reception.

REGIONAL AND GLOBAL ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED

According to a statement from the Directorate of Communications, bilateral relations between Turkey and Jordan, regional and global issues were discussed at the meeting. President Erdoğan stated that Turkey and Jordan have deep-rooted ties and that it is important to increase cooperation and coordination between the two countries to develop relations. President Erdoğan stated that as Turkey, the plan to displace Gazans and send them to neighboring countries cannot be accepted and that it is necessary to roll up one’s sleeves without delay for the reconstruction of Gaza. During the meeting, President Erdoğan and the Crown Prince of Jordan agreed on the importance of developing bilateral relations between Turkey and Jordan and unity in support of Palestine.
