Call from AFAD to Gaza: On the path of goodness, all together
A statement was made by AFAD regarding the "Hand in Hand for Gaza " aid campaign launched to support the people of Gaza with the approaching month of Ramadan.
The statement stated that Turkey continues to be the conscience of the silent world and to stand by humanity under all circumstances. It was emphasized that humanitarian aid efforts, which have been carried out with all the means of the state until today, continue with the support of the Turkish nation with the arrival of Ramadan.
The statement included the following information regarding the "Hand in Hand for Gaza" aid campaign, for which an introductory program was held today:
"To participate in the campaign launched to meet the urgent humanitarian needs of our Palestinian brothers, you can send an SMS to 1866 by writing 'Gaza', ' Palestine ' or 'Zakat'. You can donate to the bank accounts on the AFAD website. On the path of goodness, all together. For humanity in our country, for humanity beyond our borders."
"WE ARE STARTING A NEW AID CAMPAIGN"
On the other hand, Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya also shared a post about the campaign on his social media account.
Minister Yerlikaya said, "We are all joining hands. With only a few days left until the holy month of Ramadan, which is the symbol of unity, togetherness and solidarity, we are launching a new aid campaign with our civil society organizations and we are saying: 'Hand in Hand for Gaza'."
