The Ministry of Health announced the results of the 2025 second term first and reappointment lottery.
The draw will be held for specialists in accordance with medical specialization legislation, as well as specialist physicians, physicians, specialist dentists, dentists, specialist pharmacists, and pharmacists. Appointments will be made in a computerized environment in the presence of a notary public. The draw for the title of pharmacist will be in two stages: 1. Placement: The Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency will recruit pharmacists who are proficient in foreign languages and have graduated from designated master's or doctoral programs. 2. Placement: The Ministry of Health and its affiliated organizations and other public institutions will appoint specialist physicians, physicians, specialist dentists, dentists, specialist pharmacists, and pharmacists.
For appointments to specialist dentists, specialist pharmacists, dentists, and pharmacists, a points-based lottery system will be applied, based on the points earned by candidates from previous draws. Those wishing to cancel their applications may do so between September 17 and October 3, 2025. Applications will be submitted through the EKİP system at https://ekip.saglik.gov.tr. Candidates will complete the application form and finalize their preferences within the announced calendar. Applications that are not finalized will not be considered valid.
Candidates may submit a maximum of 10 preferences. If candidates who select the general lottery option are not placed in their preferred positions, they may be placed in the remaining vacancies by lottery. Candidates must complete the application form on the announced calendar and ensure their preferences are finalized. Applications that are not finalized will not be considered valid.
