Major robbery at ceramics museum



According to reports in the French press, the Adrien Dubouche National Museum in Limoges was robbed last night.
A Chinese vase and two plates worth 9.5 million euros (456,755,000 lira) were stolen from a museum showcasing historical ceramics. An investigation has been launched.
French Culture Minister Rachida Dati announced in her statement on X that the police had taken action to catch the thieves.
The Adrien Dubouche National Museum houses more than 18,000 works depicting important stages in the history of ceramics and porcelain from Antiquity to the present day.
